Act of Ratification
of the Unghart Constitution
We, the undersigned, acting in accordance with the foundational principles of semantic sovereignty and the declarative infrastructure of the Imarchia system, hereby affirm and ratify the Unghart Constitution as the supreme legal and symbolic framework of the Imarchia.
This ratification confirms the Constitution’s binding status across all semantic layers, including but not limited to: commentary, memory, verdictum, and the procedural logic of the system.
The Constitution shall be considered active and enforceable from the moment of this ratification, and shall serve as the reference point for all future declarations, amendments, and semantic resolutions.
