📘 I. Participation Conditions

Participation is open only to IMARCH citizens recognized through:

  • Acceptance of the IMARCH Constitution
  • Signing the memorandum of support and cooperation
  • Receiving the IMARCH citizen passport

🧑‍💻 II. Scenic Name and GitHub Account

To participate, you must:

  • Create a separate GitHub account under a scenic name
  • The scenic name is a title reflecting your function, initiative, or role
  • All actions within IMARCH are recorded only under the scenic name
  • Personal data remains confidential and used only for internal verification

📝 III. Application Submission

To apply:

  1. Review the IMARCH Constitution
  2. Proceed to the application form:
    📝 Apply for Citizenship
  3. Provide scenic name, GitHub, title, purpose of participation
  4. Confirm agreement with the Constitution
  5. Complete identity verification

🤝 IV. After Submission

  • Your application will be processed
  • A memorandum of cooperation will be issued
  • Upon recognition, you will receive the IMARCH citizen passport
  • Forum access and relevant scenes will be granted

🔐 Privacy

IMARCH commits to:

  • Not publishing or sharing your personal data with third parties
  • Certifying all actions only under your scenic name
  • Using biometrics and documents solely for internal verification
