CIC36 — Community Interest Statement Veritatis Silentis CIC

Section 1: Description of the Company’s Activities

Veritatis Silentis CIC is established to implement the humanitarian mission PLATAN+, aimed at developing architectures of public benefit, institutional thinking, and transboundary linkage between philosophy, law, and digital forms of action.

The company will carry out activities including:

  • Development and publication of open humanitarian models (PLATAN+, D2D, Constitution)
  • Delivery of educational and research programmes
  • Creation of public digital repositories and institutional action scenes
  • Facilitation of international dialogue in the fields of humanitarian law, philosophy, and digital ethics

Section 2: How the Activities Will Benefit the Community

The activities of Veritatis Silentis CIC will benefit:

  • Academic and cultural institutions gaining access to open humanitarian models
  • Researchers, educators, and students engaged in transdisciplinary projects
  • Civic initiatives using the PLATAN+ architecture for institutional articulation
  • International organisations interested in digital humanitarian linkage

Section 3: Who Will Benefit

The following groups will benefit from the company’s activities:

  • Public and academic communities
  • Civic and humanitarian organisations
  • Independent researchers and cultural actors
  • International partners working in humanitarian law and digital ethics

No individual or legal entity will receive private financial gain. All income generated by the CIC will be used to advance its mission and develop architectures of public benefit.
