I. Preamble

This Memorandum establishes the institutional linkage between:

  • IMARCH LTD UK (hereinafter — LTD), registered in the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom
  • Veritatis Silentis OU (hereinafter — OU), registered in the jurisdiction of Estonia

The document defines mission objectives, interaction protocols, participation titles, and implementation mechanisms within the PLATAN+ architectural cluster, operating as an instrumental node of the discipline AISCXEN-8888.

II. Foundation

The PLATAN+ Memorandum is based on the following documents and acts:

  • Charter of IMARCH LTD UK (Edition 1.0)
  • Charter of Veritatis Silentis OU (Edition 1.0)
  • Constitution of the Empire of Truth and Silence (Edition 1.0)
  • Succession Act under CMU Resolution No. 1095
  • Archival materials of the PLATAN program (1993–2025)

III. Mission Objectives

  • Support and development of the discipline AISCXEN-8888
  • Formalization of architectural thinking and cognitive-semiotic protocols
  • Emission of participation titles, missions, and scenes
  • Curation of humanitarian, educational, and cultural initiatives
  • Creation of normative linkage between subjects acting within PLATAN+

IV. Structure of the PLATAN+ Cluster

PLATAN+ includes the following institutes:

  • Institute of Cognitive Architecture
  • Institute of Legal Scenarios
  • Institute of Architectonic Language
  • Institute of Formological Diplomacy
  • Institute of Practical Arts
  • Institute of Universal Treatises
  • Institute of Educational Scenes

Each institute operates autonomously within a unified formological linkage.

V. Interaction Protocol

All actions follow a closed-cycle structure:
initiation → implementation → verification → distribution → archiving

Interaction between LTD and OU is carried out through:

  • mirrored charters
  • internal acts
  • linkage of appendices
  • digital titles and sigils

Verification protocols are formalized as internal acts and public publications.

VI. Editorial Policy

  • This Edition 2.0 enters into force upon registration of both parties’ charters
  • All clarifications and additions are permitted only in the direction of expansion, not reduction or cancellation
  • Full validity is confirmed by the Act of Validation Completeness, signed by both parties
